MONIQUE PRIESTER
Founder & Chief Consultant
Inspired to increase the competitive advantage of underrepresented and underutilized people, projects, programs, and portfolios. Monique has held several leadership roles within public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. Over the last two decades, she has cultivated financial acumen, business development, and workforce strategies leading her from part-time teller to banking AVP, and from program coordinator to program manager within multiple state agencies.
Monique's academic and professional career is centered around advocacy for fair treatment and being a champion of building generational wealth.
Monique has held positions at Citibank, TIAA, TD Bank, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, and the South Carolina Small Business Development Center. She is the founder and Chief Consultant of Charlotte-based MWSBE Consulting LLC. Monique has a BS in Political Science-International Political Economy from the University of California Los Angeles, and a MA in Business Ethics and Compliance -Corporate Social Responsibility from Cambridge College in Boston, Massachusetts.

Program Director & Chief Strategist
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of organizational initiative, including hiring staff, managing the budget and advertising our program and projects to potential clients. Duties include setting the scope of the program, setting deadlines and delegating tasks to team members.

Program Manager
Oversee and coordinate different related projects to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. Main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for projects and develop program and project budgets.

Program Analyst
Review organizations projects and programs to ensure they operate properly and efficiently. Duties include determining requirements for each system, making recommendations to optimize programs accordingly and identifying and resolving issues.
J. MOODY
Program Coordinator
Responsible for overseeing the successful planning and completion of educational, professional and charitable programs. Duties include leading program staff and delegating tasks among them, monitoring program budgets and determining how to prioritize funds and performing outreach duties to engage with the local community.
M. BASS
Program Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative support to team members throughout the planning and implementation of educational, charitable or professional programs. Duties include communicating between program participants and managerial staff, creating and updating program schedules and assisting in the planning and managing program events.
